To place a drawing ad in the May 2008 issue,
your RE expiration must be May 2009 or later.

You can submit an ad in several ways:
1)  Snail mail to: Refund Express, 139 Homer Rd, Commerce, GA 30529.
2)  Email your ad to rechief@alltel.net.
3)  Online: Type your ad(s) below. If paying with a credit card, add cash to your RE account near the bottom of the Order Form page.

You can pay for your ads with:
 A personal check, money order, cash, credit card, paypal or RE cash credits.
 If paying with a credit card by email, you can split the card number in half between two separate emails.
 If paying with paypal, send to rechief@alltel.net. Be sure to include your address, home phone number and what you are ordering in your paypal message.
Note: Credit card payments cannot be accepted if made through paypal. You can pay with a credit card on RE's Order Form page.

Using RE cash credits and a charge card:
1) Choose an amount near the bottom of RE's order form page ("Deposit Funds") that is closest to the amount you need to pay, minus your cash credits. Then send Sandy an email telling her that you have done this and are also using your cash credits.
OR, 2) You can send Sandy your charge card numbers (with expiration date) and she'll make the payment for you. You can send your charge card numbers by splitting them between two different emails if you want.

  • If your ad is for a drawing, limit one drawing date per ad.
