Can I subscribe to, or renew, my Refund Express subscription online?
Yes. You can order Refund Express on RE's Order Form page. You can pay by VISA and MasterCard. You can also pay with Paypal (send payment to: rechief@alltel.net). RE doesn't accept Paypal payment made with a credit card. If you want to use a charge card, you can do so on RE's Order Form page. There are also alternate forms of payment RE will accept. You can see these on RE's Payment Options page.

How can I submit an ad online?
You can send your ad(s) to Sandy by email, to: rechief@alltel.net, or on RE's Ad Submissions page.

I can’t figure out how many RE cash credits I have.
The cash credit amount that is on your magazine's address label shows your most current TOTAL balance (as of the last deadline, when the address labels were made). You don’t have to add up your credit amounts from label to label. RE does it for you! And you don't need to send in your address labels to receive your credit. Just let Sandy know when you want to use your credits.
     If you think you have earned additional credit since the last mailing labels were made, you can email Sandy at rechief@alltel.net and she'll send a return email with your most current total.

When is the deadline for my ads for the next issue?
The deadline is shown on the RE website in several different places. You can find it at the top of RE's red menu. It's also on the website's Deadlines page. Plus, it is always at the top of the Ad Submissions page.

Can I add money to my cash credit account so I'll have enough when I'm ready to renew or send in my ads?
Yes, you can add to your cash credit balance on RE's Order Form page. Look towards the bottom in the light green shaded area. It will say "Deposit Funds". Choose whichever amount you want to put in your cash credit account. It will be there when you're ready to use it.
