The cost to be a VIP Member is only $5 for a full year. You can sign up as a VIP Member on RE's Order Form page, by snail mail or by Paypal (to: rechief@alltel.net). Cash credits can't be used for VIP membership. If signing up with a credit card on the Order Form page, choose the $5 button at the very bottom of the page.
